[Personal information handling policy]
Article 1 (Agreement on collecting personal information)
Company shall prepare a procedure that users can click on “agree” or “cancel” buttons for personal information handling policy or terms of use. If a user clicks on “agree” button, he/she is considered to agree with collection of personal information.
Article 2 (Personal information to be collected)
Personal information to be handled for counseling via on-line inquiry is as follows.
Personal information to be collected : name, email, phone number
Article 3 (Purpose of using personal information)
We do not disclose user’s personal information without user’s prior consent. We collect personal information for provision of various services and good customer counseling .
All information to be collected will be used for above purpose only. If the scope and the purpose of use of information to be collected change, we will get prior consent from users.
Name: Identification for inquiry into products
E-mail, phone number: inquiry into products, delivery of notices on events, provision of information on new service and products (use DM, SMS, email etc.)
Users have rights to refuse to agree with collection and use of personal information. If a user refuses to agree with collection and use of personal information, he/she is not allowed to get counseling and is restricted in using and getting service.
Article 4 (personal information retention and use period)
Relevant information shall be destructed immediately after the purpose of collection and use of personal information is achieved. Company shall keep information for a certain period as required by relevant laws such as Commercial Act and Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc. In such case, company shall use information for keeping purpose only and duration of keeping information is as follows.
Record on regarding cancellation of contract or orders: 5years (Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc.)
Record on regarding handling of consumers’ complaints or disputes: 3years (Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc.)
Record on regarding collection, handling and use of information: 3years (Credit Information Use and Protection Act)
We handle users’ valuable personal information safely and destroy it to prevent the leak of information.
Personal information printed on paper is destroyed by shredder or incineration.
Personal information stored in form of electronic file is destroyed by using technical methods which prevents it from being revived.
