Through its Privacy Policy, the company informs customers of the purposes and methods of using the personal information provided, and the measures taken to protect such information.

Purpose of Collection and Use of Personal Information

- Identity verification, real-name confirmation, membership confirmation, and age-restricted service usage
- Fulfillment of service contracts, payment of fees, provision of content, purchase and payment processing, delivery of goods, or issuance of invoices
- Delivery of notices, securing communication channels for handling complaints, and ensuring accurate delivery information

- Name, company name, email, address, contact number, mobile phone number, inquiry details, and other optional items

Retention and Use Period of Personal Information

- In principle, personal information is destroyed without delay once the purpose of collection or provision has been fulfilled.
- However, for smooth service consultation, records may be retained for up to three (3) months after the consultation is completed.
- Where retention is required by applicable laws such as the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, information may be preserved for a certain period.

Procedures and Methods of Personal Information Destruction

In principle, the company destroys personal information without delay once the purpose of collection and use has been achieved.
Information entered by members for registration, etc., is transferred to a separate database (or a separate filing cabinet in the case of paper documents) after the purpose has been achieved.
It is then stored for a certain period in accordance with internal policies and relevant laws (refer to retention and use period) and subsequently destroyed.
Personal information transferred to a separate DB will not be used for purposes other than those required by law.
Personal information stored in electronic file format is deleted using technical methods that prevent the records from being restored.
